Hi All,

I tried setting up everything last night and this is the first time using Hubitat. I followed the direction given from the Amazon Echo Skill app but I can't seem to find the device from Hubitat. I am trying to add my from door Schlage Connect lock to work with Echo so I can lock and unlock with voice. Is this integrated? Thanks in advance!

I don't think that locks are supported by the Alexa skill. It's not very secure if someone can yell in through the window "Unlock the front door".

If you really want to do this, you would have to set up virtual switches and then an Alexa routine to recognize the particular command.

The hubitat skill does support locks. It requires you to enable the function and setup a pin for unlock.

@b00st4ddicted did you open the alexa skill app in hubitat and allow access to the lock?

Thank you so much for this! I just realized I missed a step from the instruction of linking Amazon to Hubitat. The funny part is that, the lock does not show up under discover process, it actually showed up under the devices screen. Thank you all for the prompt reply!
