Amazon Alexa - oauth.cloud.bubitat.com "Not Authorized"

I have migrated a C7 to a C8 and the Alexa skill is not working (I think it was working for a while after the migration but not now.)
I have remove the Alexa Skill from my C8
I have tried removing then re-adding the Hubitat skill in the Alexa App, but it get to the link account page and brings up an oauth.hubitat.com page and a message "Not Authorized" and HOME,
Clicking home does nothing.

I have tried changing the IP address to the one the C7 wa using, and still does not work.

Use a DHCP reservation for hubitat and your echo(s). Clear the network setting on hubitat by pressing the network reset button on the bottom of the hub for 7 seconds using a toothpick or paperclip (it's the only roundbutton out of all the square ones). Delete the alexa app from both your alexa account and hubitat. Then reinstall from scratch. Please make sure your C7 is off.
