Alexa stopped working for no apparent reason
I'm trying to reactivate, but i got this

You are a couple releases behind. Release 2.3.9 Available - #23 by gopher.ny
There have been some fixes for network connectivity in these updates. I would try updating and see if that fixes things.

As well as following up the advice of @neonturbo , I had the same issue recently.
I went to setting, network setup, and just changed the ethernet speed to "auto negotiated", then rebooted.
I don't know why that worked, but it did.
