About others experience renewing the Tuya 'developers' account it may be better to ask in the [BETA] Tuya Cloud Driver (Limited device support) thread, By some unknown to me reason, my account does not expire, so I never had to renew it 
On ZTH05 (is that printed on the box?) - that's a very problematic device to be used with any other hubs different than Tuya's. It was lastly discussed here :
