After updating my C-7 to version 2.4.0.151 my entire "Z-Wave Details" page is empty. I've restored from a backup two weeks ago... still no Z-Wave Details. The devices are still listed on the Devices page, but I have no control or status. I restarted Habitat with no change
Maybe coincidentally, I've also lost connection to my Hue bridge.
I am at the end of my rope - all my zwave devices are gone. I did not find this advice until I had tried hours of interventions - eventually I manually removed and uninstalled all of my zwave devices in the home - I turned off zwave - rebooted - came back and I cant install any new zwave device again - no different than before. Then I found this thread so I shut down for 5 minutes then turned it back on - I'm still unable to add any of my zwave devices back - as much as I wish against this - its time to throw hubitat in the trash and move back to either smartthings or the open source alternatives. but before I go down that path is there any hope to get my home back to where it was?
When I've had this problem, the solution was to simply turn off the Hubitat for a minute or two, then restart. It's an issue with the Z-Wave transceiver, which isn't affected by Hub reboots.
Which means if you manually removed all devices, you want to restore a previous backup first.
What did you do exactly for this? What did you click? or do on the device?
You disabled Z-wave? Not sure why...
Did you turn the z-wave radio back on again?
If you removed the devices form the hub without excluding them, AND you have hub protect / cloud backups you might be able to restore a backup. If not then you may need to factory reset the devices so they can be paired again (test with just a single device near the hub).
