Not sure what is going on but my simple light rules and my rule machine rules are all missing from my hub however they are firing as they should. I just can access them to modify them.
Disregard, I didn’t realize they’re hidden now.

Where did you find them?
Are you missing some of your own? If so, check you haven't got a previously entered filter at the top of the Apps page. Something I can get caught out by from time to time.
If you go to apps and look for your rules … I hadn’t noticed at some point a change the UI where children were capable of being hidden.
As you can see I expanded my rules and was able to see them all where room lighting they’re not expanded. Thats what was tripping me up.
