Iām assuming they are all on the same electrical circuit and there is a power fluctuation when the fan motor turns on that is causing the dimmers to turn on as if there was a power failure. This might require a dimmer that returns to the last state, or off, after a power failure.

so far it appears that deleting an old button has solved this issue. But it did seem to come and go "randomly" so I'll reply to this thread if it comes back, which it would do apparently after an update
