I have a C-8 hub. I have about 10 Basic rules and 10 Simple Automation Rules. After a Hub firmware update, things will work just fine. A day or two later they all stop working. I check the Logs for the apps and I see that the trigger has initiated the app. But nothing actually happens. Sometimes a reboot will get things going but not always. Doing a firmware update on the hub seems to always work. What's a good plan for tracking this down and what am I looking for.
Welcome to the community! Sorry to hear of these issues - that's frustrating to say the least...
But without more info, it's hard to diagnose... Since you may need to share screenshots to help troubleshoot this, join the Hub Owners group here in the community -- that'll open up your ability to post screenshots and enable some other community features.
What hub platform/firmware are you are currently running?
How many devices do you have on your hub and are they a mix of zigbee and z-wave (and matter), or mostly just one type?
