Alfred lock disappeared - why?

My Alfred DB1 stopped responding and investigation quickly revealed that the Z-Wave device table was empty. The lock is 15 feet away from the hub, however, it is my only Z-Wave device.

I followed the instructions to power down the hub, disconnect f from power and power back up as mentioned here and the device came back

This happened a few hours after updating from 2.3.5.118 to 2.3.5.130. Might be just a coincidence. Nothing suspicious in the logs.

What might cause a Z-Wave device to disappear like that?

Radio enters a Funkadelic () state. There are a multitude of reasons why radio Funkadelicity might be achieved. A radio power-cycle clears that state.

Thanks for the clarification, however I generally prefer my locks to be non-Funkadelic... Oh well, hopefully it's just a fluke.
