Alexa skill won't enable after moving

We moved from Calif to Tennessee. The Wifi didn't change so the hub came right up. I had to start over with all new devices and then discovered the Alexa skill wasn't working.

I disabled it and upon re-enabling it, it says it can't link to my account

I updated the hub postal code and the time zone
No issues with finding it through the Hubitat app
I installed the built in Amazon Alexa app on the hub and it seems to be working fine

Thoughts on how to get the skill to link up?
