hello, all. Each time I add a device in Hubitat, I have to disable the Hubitat Alexa skill and then re-enable to see the device. Waiting overnight doesn’t even do it. Is this normal?
do you have the Hubitat skill added to more than one Alexa (Amazon) account by any chance? I ran into this when I did - when I decided to only add to one account it doesn't. I just do the normal select the new device in the Amazon Echo Skill app on the hub, hit the update button & save and it shows up instantly.
When I had an issue like that, I ended up uninstalling the app from Hubitat and I removed the skill from Alexa, then I put the app back in and re-enabled the skill.
I had to reselect all my devices but it worked fine again after that. It is something to try at least.
