Alexa devices following c8 migration

C5 to c8 migration went reasonably well. Lutron devices and most others seem to be functioning.

Alexa is giving me a number of device unresponsive errors that I can’t figure out how to reset. Many are inovelli switches. Any ideas?

Did you follow the migration instructions to disable the app on your old hub and re-enable it on the new one after migration?

Just hitting Done in the new integration app might fix it in any case. Also, of course, make sure the devices actually work on Hubitat. They won't work with Alexa through Hubitat if not.

Although not from a migration, I had a similar case where Alexa was reporting devices were unresponsive. I had to:

(1) In the Alexa app on my phone stop and re-link the Hubitat skill.

(2) Go into the Alexa app on my phone and select devices. When I did it indicated new devices had been found.

(3) In the Alexa app within Hubitat click on update and selected any new devices found or that were renamed.

Maybe this will help solve your issue.
