I have just had some Zen72's installed as part of a full automation of a new-to-me condo, and found each Zen72 configured up during inclusion as a Zen35, which would not work. So I found that manually setting it to Zen72 did bring it to life and it can be controlled ok in HE.
HOWEVER, when I add it to a group or set it up with Alexa, it is NOT getting controlled. All I am doing is turning them on/off (not other commands).
Is there something "special" about how this device needs to be setup in order for Alexa to manage it, including in a device group?
Other non-Zen72's work fine - it is just this one device type.
Well, since no one has any insights, here is what I've learned.
When I log into Alexa and disable Hubitat, then re-enable Hubitat, it can do a scan for new devices. These Zen72's seemed to be found on that scan (but not from setting in Hubitat alone).
They are all currently working with voice commands, including as part of groups.
