Thanks for the note on the PoE issue. I was scratching my head about not-seen-before Z-Wave device issues. I backed out my recently-installed PoE splitter and all is happy again.
I have power available at my C8. I wanted PoE for quick, brute-force reboots (in the network closet) on the occasion that my in-development code loops into heap overflow.
