I apologize if this topic has already been addressed. I don’t think I have seen how to fix my issue of reporting lux intervals. I hope it is simple of just changing the reporting to every 2 minutes. I have updated the firmware to the latest version. Do I need to change the parameters? That looks like it might be complicated for me to do but I can try it. Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.
i find if you want/need very accurate Lux reporting from these sensors they need to be plugged in. You can easily change how frequently it updates lux changes by adjusting the threshold and it goes as low as 50lux which is very small light changes.
Thank you. I had tried that and didn’t think I was getting the responsiveness I wanted so I found a parameter setting and now I think I’ve messed it all up. If I can get it back to normal I’ll try that again.
To be 100% it gets the change ASAP:
trigger the wake/action button on the device
Make the lux change / save preferences
hit the configure button
After all of that monitor the logs.
