I successfully followed the instruction to change my admin email address. However, I am having two minor but annoying problems. The first problem is that I have an active "hub protect" subscription on the hub. It does show that the subscription is still active in the settings section on the hub; but in my.hubitat.com "manage subscriptions" page it does show the subscription but that its status is "cancellation pending." The subscription will end on March 5th, not too far off from today. Is there anyway I can add payment information to that subscription to have it automatically renew on March 5th?
The second problem concerns the app. I logged my old email address out of the app, and logged the new email address in. The app successfully found the hub and reconnected to it. It shows the correct name for my "mobile app device," "Tsurphu." However, post messages are not getting to the iPhone, and then to my PC via PhoneLink. This feature is rather important to me.
