Sercomm Securifi SZ-WTD01 sensors work with Hubitat Elevation, but pairing them is tricky.
Note: First, these devices only work on Zigbee channels 11, 14, 15, 19, 20, 24, and 25.
When trying to pair these, Hubitat sees and assigns the device, but the sensor device does not receive confirmation and remains disconnected. The device indicator will continue to flash for a couple of minutes until it times out.

Reset the sensor.
Press and hold the button at the lower right for 10 seconds.
Release the button.
The LED should go on for about 2 seconds and then go off.
The sensor is now reset. -
Initial pairing with the Hubitat.
Use the Discover tool to find a Zigbee device.
After Hubitat starts searching, briefly press the button on the sensor to begin pairing.
The sensor LED will begin flashing.
Hubitat should discover the sensor but will not assign a type.
Name the device and press the Save button.
Note: The sensor will continue to blink. You have a couple of minutes to complete the next steps before the sensor times out. -
Send the sensor a configuration update.
Click on Devices in the Hubitat menu
Click on the sensor device you just added
Assign the device type as "Generic Zigbee Moisture sensor"
Rename the device, if required.
Click the Save Device button
Click on the Configuration tile at the top left of the page
The sensor should receive the update and the LED will stop flashing.
The sensor is now paired.
These sensors are very responsive and work well.
