I've been having some issues making new Fibaro Motion Sensors (Motion Sensor - Z-Wave and HomeKit motion detector | FIBARO) visible to Hubitat. With some of them, the pairing was relatively easy, whereas some others just doesn't seem visible to Hubitat. I've tried disconnecting them, removing batteries...but nothing seems to work out. Some could be added after trying for days, randomly, even though nothing practical changed. Any idea what might be happening?

Firstly are you using the Z Wave version or the Homekit version? Only the Z-Wave version would pair directly.
The Fibaro kit is a bit of a pain with the C-7 or C-8 hubs for Z-Wave inclusion. Most devices (the motion detector included) are Z Wave Plus but they don't support S2 inclusion. As they DO support S0, they will always pair with S0 security and that can cause issues as it's very chatty/can flood the mesh with messages causing issues. It's caused by Silabs forcing that process so there's nothing Hubitat can do. Ideally you would include Fibaro devices with a Z Wave USB stick acting as a secondary controller (along with the software from Silabs). That facilitates adding the devices with security set to 'none' which is what you want.
Most Fibaro kit works great with Hubitat once paired correctly, but there's a few hoops to jump through to get there which isn't ideal.
