A while back I bought a Centralite Pearl from here

I didn't have much of a push to install it until recently and I am having trouble adding it to hubitat. I have put it into join network mode then started up the search from hubitat but hubitat never sees it. I don't think its a range issue since I have a ikea repeater about 3ft away. I am suspecting this may be due to it running off of battery instead of the C wire. The previous thermostat didn't have one and while the Furnas is capable I haven't had a chance to run it yet. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
