Adding a user to the mobile app

Hi,
I am trying to set my wife up as a second user to the hub and give her access to the mobile app. I downloaded the account, went to the portal and I can see her credentials top left. I can see the hub on the lan but nothing under "my hubs" How do I link her account to the hub?
