On my dashboard I have my phones listed as devices, can they be added to the dashboard in any way? I'm thinking maybe a phone finder, so if you click the link the phone on the dashboard, the phone rings 
Do you use Pushover at all? You could create a switch to send an emergency alert (which repeats until acknowledged).

I've setup pushover, created a new virtual device with the pushover driver and can send messages to my phone. I'm stuck there I think Do you know what i'd need to do next?
