Adding a Guest access to an iOS users

My wife downloaded and created an account on hubitat, I added her email address / username as a guest to my hub,

When she opens the app it says, there are no hubs that can be added to her app.

I tried to send her a confirmation code but it says she is already confirmed.
I tried to create a new account for her from the My Account section but it says she already has one.

This all feels very counter intuitive or a bug maybe, maybe we just did things in a screwy way?

Out of curiosity, did you setup her account with Capital letters in it? If so, try removing it and adding it again without any to see if it makes a difference.

So we uninstalled her app and when it reinstalled and she logged in everything was there that time.
