Add "Select All" as an option even when the Device Picker has a capability filter

When selecting devices there is a "Select All" type of option when the list is a capability.* . However when the list is restricted by using something like "capability.contactSensor" then no Select All option exists.

I would find this option quite helpful as I hate having to go down the list checking 10 or 20 boxes.
