Add Notes Fields to All Built-In Apps (Notifier, Groups and Scenes, Maker API, etc.)

It would be very useful if all built-in Apps had a Notes field like Rule Machines has.

Would be great on devices if it could also be read in RM. The idea behind that being for example you can monitor battery devices and when they are running low it could tell you what types to buy, or even order them😀. I have other ideas also.
