Add ability to swap child devices in device swap feature

Currently, you can only swap a device for a device, not a child device for a device in the swap tool under settings. I recently added an integration that creates child devices instead of regular devices and had to manually change all the devices in my apps. Fortunately, it was not a lot of rules/apps, but if it was many more it would have been very tedious. I'd love to see the device swapped include child devices as well.

Several threads out there that say why this won’t ever be done, but the bottom line is that child devices may have hidden dependencies with their parent that when broken could cause platform instability.
