Adaptive Lighting- how can I stop it from changing a lighting notification color change back

I am trying out Adaptive Lighting and really like it, but have an issue with a light I use as a coloured notification - when washing machine is finished turn kitchen lamp red.

This still works but adaptive lighting app changes the lamp back to white before I realise the washing is finished.

How do I set it so it stays coloured until the motion sensor on the machine registers someone at the machine. Before I changed the Adaptive Lighting this was working perfectly.

I am using Adaptive Lighting with Room Lighting. I have a seperate Rule Machine rule for the coloured light notification.

You can run separate instances of adaptive lighting. Possibly create an instance for that single bulb and then pause and resume it from the rule machine rule that turns the bulbs red and then resets it. You can do that from within adaptive lighting with "Do not adjust when these switches are on." maybe use whatever turn the bulbs red. It will take a test to see if it will resume.
