Account Support Not Responding

I contacted Account Support via email about my subscription over two months ago. Just followed up via Web Form a few days ago to no avail.

Any recommendations how to get to them? I'm trying to switch monthly subscription to annual and it gives me an error.

This is not an available support method; you should use the appropriate form at support.hubitat.com. It looks like you did that now, so I might give it a bit more time for a response or see if Bobby replies above since was tagged.

Thank you for using our services. You can't currently switch from monthly to yearly. We are in the process of enabling that functionality, but we are not quite ready. For the time being, the only way to change to the yearly service it to cancel the monthly service and when expires, then you can subscribe to yearly service. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
