A heads up on mobile app

Just in the last week or so - a lot of changes happening. A confluence if you will.
First, we've got the change of the year to 2025. We have the new GUI and all that entails. On the mobile side, some new releases on the Android OS. There was also, unrelated of course, the Owntracks burp that @lpakula works so dilligently on. I really wasn't quite sure where to look...

My dashboard began reporting that my Pixel8a was not present - ie; not home with me. Yet it sat right there where it always does! I plugged in, checked the wifi did all the usual things. For no reason I could initially think of, it just was 'departed'.
I manually flipped the switch (in the device page within HE) and figured it was just a glitch. This evening I got home and was maddened to see my phone didn't say 'arrived' as it had for about a year.

So - I traced it down. It turns out the Android update recently reset a number of permissions - I can't outline the why or whats but it did affect me in about 4 places! the Hubitat Mobile app was one of them. The permission to share my location was removed!
So, if you experience something with your mobile device, take a look in that general area. You may also be affected!

Not sure if this is related, but the "Manage app if unused" is a pain setting. If you leave that enabled (it is by default), and don't open an app for a period of time, Android wipes permissions from it.

It's in the "App info" page for the app.
