Rebooted .. better but still some not working.. Turns out they were devices going through an in wall switch where i had brought my skis up from the basement and put in front on it.
apparently the metal in the skis was not nice to the switch took a wile to isolate it that one switch and then figure out wtf was happening.. As soon as i moved move skis the device worked again as did the devices routing through it..
