How do I add a link to display the picture of the link to a tile that also refresh maybe every day so image can change
Use a link template. I borrow .png images from a local TV station for the 7 day and hourly forecasts. Set the tile's background image to the image source you want. I further set the tile's link URL to the main weather page so if I click on the image my dashboard goes to the TV stations weather page. You have to adjust the height and width of the tile to match the image.
It seems that they update their hourly forecast every 55 after the hour.
