Hi folks,
I have a 3-way, non-neutral circuit that I have wired up with an Inovelli Red Dimmer LZW31-SN and an Inovelli aux switch. My circuit is wired in accordance with the Solution D-5 diagram on this page:
On the LZW31 device page in Hubitat, I did select Switch Type to be “Multi-Switch (Accessory Switch)”. The main switch works fine, but the aux switch only turns off or dims down the light. The upper paddle doesn’t seem to work. (FYI, I also tried this with a GE/Jasco aux switch with the same result).
Does anyone have any clue what the problem could be?
Also, I tried to register on the Inovelli community site to ask there, but it doesn’t seem to be sending the account activation email… What’s going on with Inovelli? I love their products, but they seem to be foundering.
