[2.4.3.135] C7 CRC error on switch port

I have troubleshot the heck out of this. I have CRC errors on the switch port wherever this C7 is connected. I tried different ports, cables, and devices. I have C8 without any issues, and I used that cable and port. C8 doesn't have any problems.
I ran a cable test, and ONLY when C7 is powered on, do I get a Mismatch error. If it is a different device, C7 is off or not connected, the cable test is OK.

I have tried changing network speeds, and if it isn't auto on both sides, it generates many more CRC errors.
Could this be an issue with the underlying driver within the firmware?
Overall, the C7 seems to operate OK for its limited function. I want to see if there is an underlying concern.

Only other mechanical thing to check is the Ethernet port on the C7. That all 8 contact springs are correctly aligned and there is no pollution in there fouling things up.

Thanks. I checked that too. They're straight and clean.

Have you tried another Power Supply in case it's gone noisy / nasty ?

Thanks. I will have an issue with a new block and cable. I have tried to move away from UPS and powerstrips. I still get the cable mismatch error and CRC errors. This C7 has been up and running for a few minutes.
The one above it has been running for days.

Even on boot up, it has 3 CRC errors just loading up the OS. Then it goes up from there.

I have attempted to do the RESET on the network settings, too, but the issue is still the same.

I’m guessing it’s an internal hardware issue on the Hub.

@support_team Is there anything else we should try?

Thanks for your help.

I still don't think something is right, but I have resolved the CRC errors far. C7 I turned off Flow Control, but on the C8, Flow Control is enabled without issue. I still get a Cable mismatch error on the C7, but not on the C8
