The real question here is if anybody is seeing this same problem after upgrade...so I don't run down a rabbit hole chasing something I can't fix.
BOTH of my Samsung Frame TV's turned on this morning with a rule running.
I upgrade to 2.4.0.150 this morning and just by coincidence started working on a simple rule to switch between streaming TV and true "frame" mode.
They no longer respond to ANY command from the driver. I'm posting this here because it doesn't seem like a driver problem.
PS - Have rebooted routers and the hub.
You could downgrade and see if it starts working again. Easiest way to determine if it's actually the new firmware or just a happy coincidence.

You probably want to post this in the thread started by the developer of the driver that you're using.

Thanks. I've never had a reason to downgrade...does seem like an easy way to fix it.
