2.3.9 - Error with link to legacy Dashboard

When I navigate to the "Dashboard" item in the left menu, I get a " Open [legacy dashboard screen ] in a new tab." message...clicking on it brings up this web page:

I think this has to do with trying that on my hub that has no legacy dashboards.

I used the auto translate tool to create EZ versions of all Dashboards (just three). When I push the link "Open legacy dashboard screen", I see dashboard icons sans "EZ" but .... each dashboard is really the new EZ version. The legacy dashboards have vanished.
