After carefully following all the troubleshooting steps you provided along with showing what had happened during following those instruction in the above post, the hub has unfortunately crashed again and is no longer responding.

This is on a clean soft reset without restoring from backup?

And I agree, send a warranty ticket.

Almost seems like either an under voltage issue or overheating the way the processer is functioning. Could be some tiny component on the board that went bad and its impacting the CPU.

To answer you question, that was from a clean soft reset without restoring from any backups based on your instructions.

I also feel that you are correct that something hardware wise (on the board) is causing the issue. I've kind of felt that all along but didn't have proof of it. I think the clean soft reset proved that point.

I did submit a warranty ticket earlier and had linked directly to this thread so they could see everything we were doing to resolve the issue.
