[2.3.9.176] Hub Unresponsive, Blue Light, Diagnostics Accessible [C-8 Pro]

After carefully following all the troubleshooting steps you provided along with showing what had happened during following those instruction in the above post, the hub has unfortunately crashed again and is no longer responding. While I can still see the device on the network, Iโ€™m unable to access it.

It seems like the initial issue I've been experiencing since I got the device has now worsened, and the device may have completely failed. Could you please advise on the next steps?
