This may be an easy question, but can someone advise me how to show show the time in either 24-hour format or in AM/PM format? I tried using %time% but it just gives me the 12-hour time with no AM or PM.
Where did you use %time%? After using it in a Log or notification (Send/Speak a Message) action, the main page of the rule should give you options for how you want it be formatted. These actions for sure trigger this display; others might as well:
