[2.3.3.137 C7] - Unexpected Error Managing Conditions

@bravenel @morse.caleb

When I click on the "Manage Conditions" for a newly created RM 5.1 app, it blows up:

This happened when I pasted copied an existing line with "Wait for Expression Ring Alarm Hub-Ring mode=away (timeout=5min)" then pasted it in another spot. I proceeded to edit that condition to make a minor change and was going to remove second/duplicate/unused condition from the list of conditions--but, now, I can't click on Manage Conditions at all without triggering the error.

Not sure what else will be helpful, but here are a couple things:

Device 245="Ring Alarm Hub-Ring" (Which is a "Ring Virtual Alarm Hub" from the unofficial Ring integration.

FYI: I tried changing that device to use the "Device" driver--still got the same error.

This error found, and will be fixed in the next release. Thanks.

W00t! Yep, .138 worked great.

I opened up the conditions and the "problem" one popped up "half edited" (prompting for the value). I then selected one, saved it, and all was good (I was then able to delete the one I didn't want).

Thanks a bunch for the quick fix.

FYI: I LOVE being able to edit local variables IN the rule--SO much better!!! Thanks for that, too!
