how to delete this device
If Iām interpretting this correctly you have a phantom device, i.e. one that no longer has a Zwave or Device entry, but is showing up in your logs? If this is correct, my first thought is to shutdown the hub, and then remove power at the wall for about 30-45 seconds before powering it back up to clear the Zwave stack.
