While it's not 100% either way, I'm noticing that the majority of my devices that don't reflect the proper state after a group action (e.g. off or on) are my Jasco dual controlled, dual outlet on/off and dimmers.
And, predominantly, it's #2 slot (the #1 short seems to behave better).
