hmm... looks like this may have not been it. These three are Zigbee devices. Securifi Peanut outlets.
I'll keep reviewing the logs.
There have been reported problems with Peanut devices causing issues with the zigbee mesh. If they were to generate enough traffic I suppose they could bog down the hub enough that the ZWave might become unresponsive also. Could try removing the peanuts for a few days to see if issue goes away.

Thanks, I'll give it a try. Seems like there is a lot of chatter on these three Peanut devices. Relatively nothing going on z-wave in comparison.
