@moncho1138 ....According to the release notes (276) had a fix for loading notifications, but I still have problems. The notifications keep loading but do not come up. Restarted phone but did not help.
Running 2.06 (276) on a Galaxy S21 with Android version 14
The only notification device related to my phone that I am aware of is the phone itself which is listed as a mobile app device on the device page. Do I delete the phone from the device page (mobile app device)? It is included in a few rules that I will have to update. I noticed that under current states, the phone has a notification text regarding a leak sensor that I tested previously.
Ok...making good progress...I can now receive notifications on my phone. Minor issue is that the last notifications are not saved on the mobile app. Nothing happens when I click on last notifications. When I click on the notifications tab at the bottom of the screen it just keeps on loading with nothing coming up.
I also get an error in the logs whenever I load the mobile app that says...."Received cloud request for App 1154 that does not exist, path: /mobile/b9a122c3b3c4279b/mobile-app-events from cloud ". This may be unrelated or not.
I am ok with the progress...I may just wait until the next mobile app upgrade and see if that fixes these minor issues. Thanks for your help!
That totally solved it. I was on 2.3.9.196. I updated to 2.3.9.200 and the remaining 2 issues disappeared...all the notifications show up and no errors in the log when I log into the mobile app. Thank you!!
You should also look at pushover. Allows different levels of notifications including message level that overrides silenced phones. It can also send links in the messages.
