Someone reported the event and log text for a few specific physical actions were incorrect.

Not sure what you mean by not matching, are you referring to the type column not matching the description?, or something else.

I will throw my 2 cents out there!
Looks like the first 4 events were physical, first/fourth done by physically turning the lock and second/third done by keypad. I too am stumped by how the fifth event was done, was it done at the keypad or by the hub?
It might help to take [physical] off the description text and move to the type, to be consistent.
