1.1.2 New added App not showing in app list

I added a new app and it is not showing in the app list. However, when I go to add it again, it shows me the app is already up and running. The app being there is confirmed in the logs as well.

Rooms manager has child apps. Did you load the parent app, then save it and reopen before trying to add the child apps from within the parent?
