Well, this is interesting as I do see the cloud backup is scheduled to 03:15 and the crashes happen 5 minutes later and I also get an error message saying:
"Last cloud backup was unsuccessful. Failed steps: Z-Wave. Please power cycle your hub by shutting it down from Settings, then unplugging the power for 30 seconds."
I was thinking the backup failed due to the fact that the zwave crashed but could it be the other way around? meaning the zwave crashed due to the backup process.
But then again, how to debug this? most daily backup ends just fine.
I am here to report back that using the original power supply did not make a difference and I am still getting a Z-wave crash every week or so right after the cloud backup fails.
