Lutron is completely different than Zwave. They are on different frequencies and are different protocols. There is almost zero possibility of a Lutron interfering with Zwave.

No errors - the log showed each node searching and then moving onto the next one
is there another outlet you can relocate the hub repeater to that's close? We need that light to flash. Then repair. It's all about placement.
OK, relocated the repeater, Run zwave repair - no errors (repeater is Node 13)
Removed the batteries and connected back (lock report 100% battery below)
Turned the know on and off 5 times - in the log
Repeater still does not flash.
I guess I will leave it for when I am there and start moving both repeaters around...

OK, I am on site for the next 2 days - battery dead after 1 week, replaced and trying to make sure the new Aeotec 7 repeaters I brought are used by the lock - one is within 3 feet of the door, the other is within 1 feet of the HE. Repeaters were added successfully. Ran the zwave repair - successful. Lock has new battery and communicates with HE, I can get codes, add codes etc. Repeater is NOT flashing!
I also can't exclude the lock. I put HE into zwave exclusion, press the Schlage button, enter programming code (yellow LED comes on), press 0 - Yellow LED flashes but nothing in the LOG and the lock continues to respond to commands.
When I do the manual know lock / unlock, within like 4 repeats the lock will stop to communicate. Removing battery from the lock fixes the problem.
Any ideas for help please?
You are trying to excluding very close to the hub? Excluding and Including should be done with the lock very close to the controller. Different from other devices that you join and can usually exclude in-place.
Yes, moved the HE within few feet.
I may need to find a way to do the zwave map and verify which devices are using the repeaters. Is there any easy way i.e. some hidden web interface inside the Aeotech?

Which exclusion did you try? There's device exclusion, but there's also General Exclusion
I've had a General Exclusion work with some devices, where the Exclusion under the Z-Wave Details didn't. Not every device has responded this way, but some did.
I am using the devices-> device discovery -> zwave -> zwave exclusion
How can I use the cluster info under each of the repeaters to know which device is using it? For example I see this under the repeater close to the lock:

I don't see 0x0A (010) which is the lock, thus I don't think it is using it. Correct?
The in-clusters and out-clusters describe the properties of the device (z-wave command classes supported). Not which other devices it is connected to.
