Zwave: 'Unknown Neighbor'

Hey all, I am trying to improve my zwave mesh (Or at least understand what it is) -- after finding an issue that was causing various zwave issues -- all seems to be working well now but as I look through the data from the excellent z-wave mesh app, in some cases I am seeing something like the following in the neighbors column. These devices work but it seems maybe they need fixing (exclude/include maybe)?

Thoughts or advice?

I have had Hubitat for a couple years and recently (some months) upgraded to C8 (within minimal issues). Not sure if this matters?

Run a repair on that node and then check back in a couple days and see if it has corrected. You should not to exclude and pair it again.

It's a battery device. The repair option did not seem to work. However, I am waiting to see if it heals itself ... Maybe. Did another device with them same issue and removed/readded and it ended up with a bunch of neighbors.
