I’m looking for switches that do not require a neutral wire. Any suggestions ?
Innovelli makes one. And Aeotec’s Nano line of in-wall relays/dimmers.
If you’re willing to consider something other than z-wave, some Lutron Caseta devices work without neutral.

I do have Lutron smart ridge pro and a handful of picos. So maybe I’ll check them out. They work with 3 ways?
I also have 2 nanos never hooked up. Directions seem to require a switch. I’m just looking for it in 1 single pole mode and a 1 in 3 way.
Yes, Lutron Caseta dimmers and switches work in a 3 way.
