If you are like me and have landscape lights, lamps, crock-pots etc... plugged into your older zwave outlets and want to see the state reported correctly you will find your way over to the Zwave Poller app, only to find that you won't see the outlets are not there, they were left out.
As a workaround, go into the device page and change the outlet to the switch driver will then appear in the zwave poller app.
This simple trick seems to work fine for my GE outlets!
