ZWave Not Responding - Not finding new devices after SoftReset

Hey all,

All my Zwave devices stopped working and couldn't be found via a repair.

I tried a soft reset which didn't help. I removed devices after the refresh couldn't find them and I attempted to re-add them. I go to zwave inclusion and start it, then put the switch in inclusion mode but I am having no luck.

Hubitat Unit: C8-Pro
Zwave Devices: Inovelli VZW31-SN Zwave 2-in-1 switches

If anyone has any ideas, please, I am all ears.

Edit: Forgot to mention that I did a factory reset on the switches as well and still nothing on the Hubitat.

Did you try a general exclusion? Settings > Z-Wave Details can do this too.
A factory reset of the device clears this data in most cases, too, but there are some oddballs.

Also, make sure your region didn't change (probably US LR if you're in the US or wherever you're actually located if not).

I tried an exclusion with no luck. Confirmed the region is still set properly: US LR.

Assume you've also done a shutdown and power removal of the hub for about 15-30 seconds.

How did you remove the devices? From the device list? You may very well have trashed your mesh. At this point I would actually reset the z-wave radio itself (not anything else) and then factory reset the devices then start pairing. If you have a failed pairing, stop what you are doing, go to the z-wave details page and remove any ghosts created then try again.

You are right, I probably didn't exclude them properly to remove them.

Go to yourhubip:8081 from a web browser, under advanced options... That will reset your z-wave radio. Factory reset your device, then start pairing. If you have a faile pairing. Stop! Go to your z-wave details page, remove the ghost device, fatcory reset the device then attempt pairing again.

By Factory Reset, do you mean a soft or reset or full reset?

The device, I believe, ie, switch, plug, etc.

Ah yes. If that is the case, with the device (switch reset) and my ZWave radio reset, I still cannot add devices.

To confirm that it wasn't the switch, I tried another switch and I cannot get the one added either.

Alright. Can't seem to figure it out so I have reached out to Hubitat and Inovelli.

No, because I cannot add and I did a reset on the unit.
